Overview:
VIVIDSITES developed an email blast inviting 3,000 C&H newsletter subscribers to visit the company’s website at www.chsugar.com to register for the sweepstakes. The tagline for the promotion read, “C&H is turning 100 and we’re celebrating all year with ’12 Special Memories’ and 12 months of sweet sweepstakes prizes.” A new sweepstakes begins on the first of every month and a new prize is offered each month. To date, lucky C&H sweepstakes participants have won: flower deliveries for one year, a Disney World vacation, gourmet grill and gear set, a one-year fitness membership, a $2,000 grocery shopping spree, a New England vacation, a gourmet Holiday dinner, and a spa getaway. In addition, the sweepstakes featured a valuable viral element. As each participant sent “recipes of the month” to friends, these friends in turn also signed up for the sweepstakes greatly increasing the participation and the interest in the website and C&H products. The C&H 12 Special Memories Sweepstakes has been a huge success and generated an unbelievable response. In the eight months since the sweepstakes began, there have been 87,238 total participants, over 2.5 million entries, and an average of 4,500 new participants each month!

Insituform, the leading provider of trenchless water pipe rehabilitation, wanted to make the huge transition from sewer pipe applications to become a clean water company. VIVIDSITES worked with this progressive company to adapt the marketing message to focus on clean water pipes and the improvement of water quality across the world VIVIDSITES developed a new “Clean Water for the World” branded website which was launched in September of 2006. User-friendly functionality features include: dynamic Flash testimonials, a project reference tool that allows potential clients to access local references for projects in their area, a project support tool to help users initiate the sales process by making contact directly from the website, fully integrated real-time investor relations data, one-to-one marketing through an eNewsletter content management tool that allows Insituform to edit and send newsletters via email to specific address books, and much more. In addition, the site features a protected online document library making it possible for global contacts and sales representatives to gain instant access to important company information.
