The Davey Awards is one of the largest and most distinguished of award competitions focusing on the best in Web, Design, Video, Advertising, Mobile, and Social, across the globe. This international competition focuses on and “honors the achievements of the ‘Creative Davids’ who derive their strength from big ideas, rather than stratospheric budgets.”
VIVIDSITES was honored to receive a 2016 International Davey Award for Website Consulting from the distinguished Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts.
The Davey Awards were founded in 2005 to shine a spotlight on the accomplishments and creativity of smaller firms, worldwide. The Davey Awards function on the idea that many small firms do some of the best work but do not get an opportunity to highlight that work when they are competing against large firms with even larger budgets. Work submitted to win a Davey Award is judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), a group of people who are committed to honoring and promoting the work of traditional and interactive media while creating a standard of excellence in these industries (daveyawards.com).
